Business Challenge
The team was given the task of developing from scratch a mobile app that would allow customers to make appointments with the doctors of the clinic and view related documentation.
The team's mission was to develop an app through which users could:
- 1. View the schedule of the doctors and make appointments themselves.
- 2. Access personal medical documents, doctor's reports, test results, X-rays, and ultrasound scans at any time.
- 3. We wanted customers to be able to log in securely: For authorization, you must specify a phone number and confirm the entry with the user verification code received via SMS.

Solution
Development of the application with integration of the existing backend, which was developed on the client side. This required communication and synchronization between the two teams. This task was successfully completed.
The project consisted of four phases, as follows:

Only patients of the Medical Center have full access to the functions of the application - registration requires a medical card in the Medical Center's database.
We managed to bring the clinic to a new level of digitalization of the business, which will increase the number of clients through improved service and also increase the competitiveness of the business.
Value delivered
The feature that we were able to implement that provides the most benefit to our client is the ability for users to book appointments with the app, reducing the number of operators needed and relieving the load on the phone line.
With this app, users can:
- View doctors' work schedules and make their own doctor's appointments
- Access personal medical documents, doctor's reports, test results, X-rays, and ultrasound scans at any time
- In the course of our work, we managed to create a convenient interface that allows you to see your visits to the doctor and the results of these visits
- The ability to attach patient documents has been implemented
- A full digitalization of the process of a doctor's appointment, taking into account the doctor's free time, was implemented, also added was the ability to search for the name of the doctor or their specialty
- Implemented the authorization of users by phone number via SMS code
- Implemented the ability to conduct online medical consultations via video communication from the application
